We had a late check in from a long day on the road with little ones. The front desk made it quick and easy. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Hallways were quiet and no noise coming through waking us up during the night. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff.
