The location itself was great! Nearby to EVERYTHING you'd need access to. *The only downside is NOT the fault of the hotel. There is ongoing construction in the vicinity which was a bit annoying.*

All staff: was very very nice. Food: Watered down juices except orange. Pancake Machine was out of order. Bacon not cooked. Asked for it to be microwaved. Very very fatty. Pool: Closed for maintenance the entire 3 night stay. No one knew why. We booked this hotel because it was advertised. Room: No “do not disturb” sign for our door knob. The mattress AND pillows in bad shape. We received 1 towel per person. Very thin old towels. No king sheet on the bed. Toilet was old style, low to the floor. No mouth wash, or shower cap. Ice Machine: Door map indicated it was on the third floor. It was not. Took a $50 deposit from us for “incidentals”. Never had that happen before. Waiting for our refund.

We've paid and booked online a week ago, Check in via email stated at 3pm. We checked in at 4:45pm and still had to wait for a room for more than 30 minutes. Room was not clean, but we settled for the only opened room they had because we had to cleanup and be at our function.
