We was traveling from out of state when I checked in they said they couldn’t find my reservation then they said the found it and it was for the following day. Not true because I went back and looked so they lied to me and they bathroom light switch was out of the wall and they was coming in and out trying to fix it and I didn’t like that at all because we was trying to get ready for the Beyonce concert. Then I had my dog and they said they wasn’t pet friendly but it didn’t say they wasn’t pet friendly on the website when I made my reservation. But other than that the room was clean that’s the only good thing I have to say about them!!!

My stay at Country Inn was cut extremely short due to the condition of the room. When I walked in, everything looked extremely outdated/old. However, the bathroom looked extremely modern. After looking around, I noticed hair on the bed and the curtains were filthy, full of stains. The air vent also had plenty of dust on them. I was so uncomfortable in this room. I requested a new one and I was still not pleased. The two ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and understanding. I appreciate their service. In addition, the manager was extremely kind. However, the ladies upstairs with housekeeping were not so kind and accused me of lying about the situation. Nonetheless, the manager was kind enough to give me a refund for the stay.

Every one at this hotel was very nice and professional. From the lady at the front desk with blonde hair to the manager who came to my room & checked on my tv. I enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean, my shower was HOT, & the bed was comfortable. I went for Beyoncé’s concert and the stadium was literally a 15 min drive from the hotel. All my Lyft drivers were very friendly & conversational. That’s something I really enjoy about coming to the south. The Hospitality! 10 out of 10!
