The customer service manager is extremely rude and combative and expedia doesn't want customers to know the truth. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this location. He doesn't represent Hilton hotel at all. The dinning crew is amazing for breakfast and dinner. its sad that they have no control over management at this location.
