Extremely clean and well managed hotel. Quiet with no street noise. The front desk is friendly and genuinely welcomes you back each night, asking how was your day. When they saw that I was drenched by a rainstorm they provided towels without me having to ask. Jamie the barrista in the morning coffee shop is an engaging, energetic person who welcomes everyone with a warm smile and good humor. All these personal touches made my trip more enjoyable.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel history and lore surrounding it, which I was completely unaware of. Their food and entertainment recommendations were superb. It was a pleasure to stay there!

Parking was inconvenient regardless of if you self parked, did valet, or uber. Other than that, it was a great hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, clean room, and was quiet on the 6th floor.
