The customer service I received here was great. However, the bathroom had hair all over (shower, toilet seat, along the floor) and one of the nightstands looked like something had spilled and no one cleaned it up.

I had a fantastic stay! The customer service was OUTSTANDING. Every staff member was warm and attentive. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a great way. The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy — it made it difficult for two people to sleep. Any movement caused loud creaking, which constantly disturbed the other person. Additionally, the alarm clock went off at 5 AM and we couldn’t turn it off, which made it even harder to rest. We informed the reception, but they only said “sorry” and didn’t take any action to resolve the issue.
