The good thing was the renovated 'premier' room I was in which was nice although already showing signs of wear and tare, cigarette burn hole on black bed comforter, marks on walls, etc. The area is quite rough, not very safe. The card keys didn't work, had to keep going to get them refreshed and then replaced. Got no daily housekeeping, asked on the 2nd day for towels at reception, they never came, asked again the following day, nothing came, after 3rd time of asking finally got some!! Had to clean the shower before I used it, had hairs everywhere and stains on the walls! Will not be staying here again!! :(
