I’ve already stayed in this hotels before and I had a great experience. I love the area, having a beer in front of the canal, and even going for a pool swim after walking around the city. The trams make it well connected too, but bikes and walking are also good. This latest time though they surprised me with a free upgrade. The room with the bathtub was AMAZING!! I’ll for sure stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam, and I’ll see if that room with the bathtub overlooking the canals is available

The hotel room was a bit dark (not a lot of lighting) but was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options!

Nice place, showers were structured in a way that would wet the whole floor when showering, small, clean, convenient location, no international plug points, no tea, coffee cups in the room. Helpful staff, great having bikes that can be rented.

Great location. Easy access to transit and walking distance to central station if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk. Nice rooms. Wonderful spa. Thoroughly enjoyed the Turkish steam room and saunas.

3 night stay.

Wonderful stay at Inntel! Room: Room was very clean, all amenties working and towels were replaced daily. Service: We were there for 3 nights and only spoke to reception upon check in - polite and helpful. Restaurant staff always seemed a little stressed but were still very polite and attentive. Restaurant: We booked breakfast for our stay - food was wonderful, couldn't fault it. However only one coffee machine was working which did build up quite a queue. Location: Saw many bad reviews for location but it isnt bad at all! Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest tram stop which takes you into centraal! (Rietlandpark is the tram stop for anyone wondering) Overall, fabulous stay at Inntel and would happily stay again! :)

What you see is what we got. We had great arrival reception. The gentlemen was helpful and accomadeted us on the same floor. The wellness room was fabulous, would even go back ,but saw everything we needed to see in Amsterdam. The walk to tram was about 10 minutes. And once in Amsterdam go under the bridge to the left not through train station as too long. Under bridge cross over water and you at bottom of red light district and the lovely canals. Our stay was lovely. Would well recommend Amsterdam and the Hotel

Quiet and modern but uncomfortable.

While the property was out of the madness and quiet, it was impossible to get an Uber pick up or drop off from the hotel and was equally as difficult to try to get food delivered. The beds in our room had uneven soft spots making it difficult to sleep. The shower has no door and gets water all over the bathroom and there's no light in the closet or proper light on the bathroom mirror. Had to use my phone far too many times to see in the room past sundown.

A real gem of a hotel

Honestly the hotel went above an beyond to accomodate. We stayed in the wellness spa room with panaroma view and balcony .the view was great. Room had a good size jacuzzi and a sauna which was suprisingly good too. Due to an electical fault in the room we had to change rooms. To compensate we were upgraded to a suite. But apart from have a slightly better view to two sides it wasnt all mich better that what we had already. Shower was alot smaller in the upgraded suite. To sum up, if your booking here, you may not wanna leave the room to do anything else in amsterdam! Deffo worth the money.

Excellent room! Booked the Wellness room, complete with sauna and jacuzzi. Well worth it and enjoyed both. Hotel is in a good location, though a bit of a walk to city center. Definitely suggest renting one of the hotel bikes. Restaurant was good, nothing to write home about but convenient. Staff was mediocre at best. Bartenders were super blah, front desk staff seemed uninterested and an employee attempted to hit on my fiancé while she was working in the business center very early in the morning. All in all, staff wasn’t “bad” but definitely wasn’t “good”. Stay here for the exceptional rooms, just don’t expect to be impressed by the staff. Except for the housekeeping, they were great.

Not in Central area, but very walkable.

I picked this hotel because of its location near the cruise ship port. Great hotel. Located on a large canal, in an old shipping and manufacturing area that is being redone for housing. We are walkers and walked to the cruise terminal, but not able to take luggage as it is all cobblestones. We also walked to the Van Gogh Museum and Ann Frank Museum. Took the on/off boat back to the closest drop off location. Cab to cruise terminal was 15Euro. The staff were all very helpful and professional. The included buffet breakfast had an extensive assortment of offerings, including an omelet station.

Friendly efficient staff. Room was excellent, quirky but really well done with everything you need. Great breakfast fresh and with lots of options. Only snag is the building works nearby and the walk to the tram stop.
