The room had an unpleasant odor. When the air conditioner was turned on, the smell coming through the vent was horrible. I did not use the air conditioner during my stay. The iron did not work. I had to ask for a replacement iron. The hotel location was convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants.

There are two main things you look for in a hotel room: 1) a comfy bed, and 2) a hot shower. The bed was great, the shower had zero hot water. The property is in bad need of upgrades and maintenance all the way around (one elevator didn't work, carpet was stained). I think the owners need to re-evaluate their commitment to the property or give it up. Staff was very friendly.

This was a very lovely hotel. Walking distance to the brave Stadium. Tons of dining options. Gorgeous area down there. Just down the road from the mall. The only thing I would say was the elevator was broke when we were there. We were only on the second floor so it wasn’t that bad for us. I guess it’s not really their fault. But could’ve been fixed in more timely manner.
