The pictures online was nothing like in person the tv was small and it was broke lines throughout the tv some channels didn’t work at all the whole place needs to be updated and the curtains were filthy. But the staff was very pleasant

Rooms were dirty, staff was rude. Door to connecting room didn't lock- I had children with me and felt unsafe. When I expressed this to the front desk she didnt see the issue. They had a small end table infront of the door so I know they knew it didnt lock. Spoke with front desk and she offered to give me a room in the back of the complex but said the heat doesn't really work (it was 8 degrees outside), was given another room and there was pubic hair all over the blanket on the bed. When trying to get a refund I was given a big attitude. The ice in the parking lot was thick and covered the lot. My elderly mother slipped but luckily was able to grab the car to brace herself. This Hotel had what looked like black mold around the trim of the wall. I would stay far away from this place. The photos do not look like the rooms at all!
