Better for longer Stay

Overall I would recommend for people who can stay longer then three days. The food was amazing at every restaurant we hit and the customer service was on point. The front desk was the problem at the beginning because is was very disorganized even with more than enough people. Our favorite parts were the pool and spa because it was perfect for family fun and relaxation.

I enjoyed my one night stay in room 2321; however, there was an issue. As usual I check for bed bugs and noticed there wasn’t a mattress pad/cover. The only thing over the mattress was a flat sheet. I was appalled there wasn’t a mattress cover to protect from sweat. bodily fluids, and etc. I pulled the other flat sheet from the comforter up and tucked it under the mattress to add another layer between us and the mattress so many other people sleep on. Ocean is a five star hotel and they don’t have the proper bedding is unacceptable. I have a video for reference.

The hotel and casino were very nice. Room was spacious, very comfortable and nice with a view. Nightclub was fun. Staff was friendly. Didn't like that you had to pay $15 for parking even though you're staying there.

Everything was amazing but our bathroom had a foul smell we tried to clean it up. I regret not bringing it up during my stay. But everything else in the resort was amazing.
