The check-in (customer service rep) Deanna was very helpful, polite, informative, overall a delight. She gave a great level of service. Now the room had a musty smell on the carpet and the blankets were a bit stained but other than that everything was ok

We had unclean bathroom . No saop ,called several time for restocking , thrash in the room was left unclean , dirty sink , flickering lights and had to called them 3 times to fix same issue and also no there were no robes when we called we wasn’t offered any , garbage was left outside our door for several hours

Gorgeous property situated out of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk giving that sense of luxury. Self parking was easy and convenient. Spacious room with two queen beds that slept comfortably. Beautiful ocean view! Several restaurants to choose from very good brunch at Harper’s and good assortment of light meals, snacks and pastries in the lobby. Lobby was active with more than enough space to accommodate families and adults with multiple seating areas and a lobby bar. All adult pool area accessed from the boardwalk was nice getaway and beach access is convenient. Casino floor has a nice ambiance and is very inviting with a large bar in the center of the casino floor. Huge courtyard with lots of seating and fire pits with designated smoking areas. Overall Ocean Casino Resort offers a wonderful experience!
