The rooms were renovated and looked good. However, there were gnats flying around in the room and the hallway carpet was soiled. The worst part of our stay was the people in the room next to us. The were extremely loud. They had their music playing through a speaker and it seemed as though they were thumping around and banging against the walls after 10pm while we were trying to wind down for the night. We asked for a change of rooms but were told there were none available. They sent security up to speak with them after a while and finally they left out to go party I guess. The world has gone to crap because people are just inconsiderate of others.

The staff was extremely responsive to all of my concerns.
This was the only problem I had on my trip. Its an intermittent water leak over the desk/table in my room.
The missing handle on the Dresser also negatively impacted to overall room score.

There was no staff to take our luggage upstairs. We booked a two bedroom suite with Jacuzzi tub. The water did not go down the sink in the second bedroom. My husband had to take the luggage upstairs and downstairs when we checked out we requested room service to clean no one showed up when they finally did. They just brought towels at 7:30 at night. There is no staff to help you and no staff to solve problems. The room was dated and old and to spend over $1500 for this experience, I was heavily disappointed.
