I could hear what sounded like furniture moving in the room next to me at night. The hallway was hot, only half the elevators worked. The ice machine on the 22nd floor didn’t work. My room didn’t get cleaned.

★☆☆☆☆ Stay at Your Own Risk

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever experienced. We ended up making a full list of everything that went wrong—because there was that much. • The shower curtain rod was broken, making showers a hassle. • One elevator was broken, and the rest were incredibly slow and confusing—one even just beeps and displays “V5,” with no indication of the actual floor. • No pool, despite what we expected. • The hotel had a strong unpleasant smell throughout. • The beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable. • The rooms were dark, with barely any lighting, making the whole space feel depressing. • Parking was both far from the hotel and expensive. • The entire hotel, including our room, felt dirty and poorly maintained. • Walls are paper-thin—we could hear everything from neighboring rooms. • We didn’t receive fresh towels during our stay. • The in-room phone didn’t work at all. • Room cleaning was only available by request, which we weren’t told upfront. • The overall vibe was dark, dingy, and uninviting. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. This place is in serious need of maintenance and customer service improvements. Stay at your own risk.

The staff were very nice. We did like the arcade and the waterpark but we don’t think we will be back to stay overnight. The room was okay but not as clean as we would have liked. Most elevators were not functioning and the hotel itself was dirty and smelled bad. Multiple times walked by pee puddles and dog droppings. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Again the people were friendly but the hotel itself just wasn’t pleasant.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece no incluye parking, y no te especifican que tienes que pagar el parqueo por adelantado ! Y recibí un ticket de $78.00 y si quieres relajarte y pasarla tranquilo este no es el hotel indicado, .. es más para familias por que hay mucho ruido de los niños corriendo a las 7am por lo pacillos ! Los elevadores muy lentos y solo 2 estaban funcionando. Y ni hablar de los cuartos con olor a orines! Muy mala mi estadía!! Primera vez que me ospede aquí y será la última!!..

I been coming to the Show boat 11 years i miss the pool on the 5th floor. .i wish they opened it..i did the island park for the first time my grandson really enjoy himself..i dont drink so i just sat in the kids pool ..i really missed the pool on the 5th floor i use to lounge around .

If there is 0 i give zero. The neglected hotel.

They are lack of sevices. No coffee and sugar inside the room. The bell services are hiding. No one offer help. The rooms are not clean and all over the hotel. The staff are not friendly. The only thing we like is the Waterpark inside the building. I hope they clean the hotel every corner and everywhere..

Check in took 1 hour. The hotel has stains everywhere. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are small. Dogs are allowed which is fine, however, they should be in one area. The dog across the hall barked all night and didn't stop after I called security.

We were given a different room then booked and on a different floor then the other room. Fridge was broken, they did replace. Asked to stay another night was told had to come back then went back and was told would have to move and pay an another deposit on top of the one already paid. Saw a mouse in Ace and what looked like a roach in elevator. Fell and 2 girls behind counter kept laughing very unprofessional! Will never go beck or recommend. Bed skirt filthy and hall smelled like pee!
