The hotel is ok is in good location. I went with my kids and we order two rooms but the man from the front desk and give me a room connected to another and my boys has to be in separate room and any of the ice machines work I check 10 floors and anyone works

Showboat I get is old but they need some serious remodeling had a issue with the toilet had to have the maintenance people come twice because it was causing flooding furniture so outdated

The hotel itself is in the perfect location on the boardwalk. However, the king bedroom they gave me had hair on the bathroom floor, holes in the bedsheet, black marks on the sheet, crumbs on the carpet, and the floor was dirty. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was super old, unrenovated, the furniture is busted and scraped up, the drawers smell dingy, the carpet had stains all over it. Horrible!!! I will never stay again. This is unacceptable for a almost $500 ONE NIGHT accomodation.

The rooms are outdated and the carpet is dirty. There is no fresh air in the rooms because the windows do not open. Room service was none existent! They do not cover the mattress with mattress covers or bottom sheets instead it's a regular top sheet. I would never stay here again I would only visit the hotel for the activities they have for kids and then leave that same night.

I had a terrible experience. The room had an awful smell, like a mildew smell.The sheets were not fitted to the bed. The bathtub drain was very sluggish. The water did not drain for about 4 minutes after the water stopped running. I had to request toilet paper because there was only 1 mostly used roll in the room. Room service was very slow to respond. Long waits for the elevator because only 2 out of the 4 were working and there were bright red stains smeared all over the floor of one of them. I will never stay at the Showboat again.
