Was not too happy

First off, I order an ocean view and the time has a partial view, I changed rooms with front desk after speaking with a hotels.com representative and that room was even a partially. Bottom line it has to be ocean front or balcony for that specific hotel which what the hotel agent said. So hotels.com need to put the right info on the site, overall was too bad bcuz it was only for one night had it been more than a one night stay I would have been pissed!

My children and I booked for spring break and I’d have to rate 2/10 and I’m only rating a 2 because the waterpark experience wasn’t too bad, but during this visit our room was dirty and had a scent a lot of stain hotel seems out of date. We checked out earlier than 11 only because we were so uncomfortable. Water park was fun no restaurants really we walked to other casinos and arcade was a little overrated very big but since games go to points but really worth spending so much money for our children to get so little prizes. The gift shop employees were the mostly friendly employees the whole visit.

The bathrooms are out of date nobody offered to clean room coffee pot no cups , for hot liquid no wash clothes, had to request! I am still waiting for my deposit back ! It just says pending for days

The hotel felt like a ghost town. The places where upgrades were made seemed like they were done as cheap as possible. Had a 1 inch gap at the bottom of our room door. Heard every passing person pass by at all hours. And lastly the shower was made for people under 5ft rall.

Staff were nice, however room was dusty and suffocating. I was inhaling dust and this weird odor I had to use air freshener to kill the smell. My skin itched the whole night sleeping on those sheets. The carpet was old and look dirty. The water park was nice and the kids enjoyed it. But I will not stay there again. The hotel needs a makeover, it has potential.
