It's got a nice comfortable feeling with spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen and dining area overlooking the bright blue waters of Owasco Lake. Decks on the house and the beach provide nice views of the lake as well. The east side location provides afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets! The swimming area is crystal clear and weed free with 50’ of beachfront. A gradual walk out into the water is great for kids and adults alike. Fishing is excellent for walleye, trout, bass, pike and perch.

We rented this property for a long overdue reunion with family. Everything was lovely. The hosts were terrific to work with. For our situation, having two bedrooms was wonderful. The kitchen and dining area face the lake, so coffee in the morning was our favorite place to gather. The location couldn’t be better if you want to venture out. We stayed in the winter, but we’d love to visit again in the summer. Thanks again for letting us stay with you!

We had a wonderful time! The kids were happy splashing in the shallow water, and husband was thrilled to be able to have our boat on hand at the dock. Everything in the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we hope to visit again soon!

The littlest one thought the water around the dock was heaven. The older kids enjoyed tubing in the middle of the lake. A great place to enjoy the water.

Being on the lake was wonderful. After our first full day, my five year-old grandson said “this is the best day of my life.“ For an 85 year old, that would be me, the stairs down to the water were a little scary. All things considered it was a good vacation.

Great for families

We stayed at this property with two families including three children under 8. Owasco lake is beautiful and it is a short drive to Skaneateles lake too. Property has a very well kept yard and a small beach that is great for kids. We enjoyed using the two kayaks. The home has everything needed for cooking and grilling. Very much enjoyed our stay.
