Absolutely furious to get there and find out at check-in that we couldn’t because we lived within 60 miles of the hotel. Staycations are a special treat we do as family time. There was no reason offered otherwise and no explanation. It was a very rude experience. I will never use Comfort Inn again. Thankfully Hilton was able to get us a room at the Hampton Inn.

Can’t believe they did not have laundry area to do laundry. This is an essential for longer stays. Heated pool was very cold and key cards needed to be replaced daily because they did not work. Some staff very welcoming and personable others not. Shout out to breakfast crew and front desk receptionist Paris who did a great job

Overall experience was fantastic. At this hotel . we were kind of disappointed when we first found out if you live within 50 miles. I owe see you could not rent, but because we were there on business. We were able to and also I got married one of the nights that I was there and I was able to have a quiet honeymoon. The carpet and upholstery in the room looked dated and could have been cleaner. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast room was odd, placed in a back room at the end of a hallway it was crowded and dirty.
