Business Trip

Hospitality was very good. Older hotel but clean and I was impressed with the hotel towels white look new each day. Staff was courteous very kind and on target helpful. A shout off to the M-F young man at the front desk, very nice patient and helpful. Cleanjng staff were very kind and courteous. Breakfast was good, a variety each day. I stayed 9 days on Business..I was pleased. I’m use to at least 4-5 star hotels but I will give my stay here although not quite 4 star star but I’ll give it a 3-4 only for hospitality and altho oler they kept it clean. I think it was the property manager, she always had a smile and can do attitude that meant a lot to me.

Everything felt old and the first room I was given smelled really bad. I had to ask to change rooms. The floor in the breakfast area was sticky. The bedding look like it was10 years old.

This is not a clean hotel at all. Staff was rude. Parking lot is very unsafe.

My initial room wasn’t cleaned. Had to go back to desk and get another room. New room had broken window to outside that was glued together. Shower curtain was missing. Furniture all beat up. Room has heavy deodorant smell to it. Ok for a night. Would not be back

The girls Checking us in was on a person call the entire time during check in. She continued to talk on the phone and not acknoedge us other than to say ‘drivers license and credit card’ while continuing her conversation. She handed us our room key while talking on her personal call. She didn’t tell us our room number, how to get there, etc.

Overall experience was good. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast experience. When we got there, there was no meat or eggs available. they had about 6 biscuits left. we stayed there about an hour. No meat never came out and eggs came and went very quickly. we were able to share some of that. One waffle iron did not work.

I arrrived early evening to discover there was no power. While that was bad enough, even worse was that the front doors were open but in the 20 minutes I stood around trying to figure out what was happening, not one staff member was around. I had to get information from some random guest who was sitting in the dark in the breakfast area.

The room was NOT clean. Room phone was greasy as well as the channel selector. I had to purchase from Walmart, Lysol wipes to clean up. No one came the second day to clean up. No fresh towels and the excuse was that because of COVID, you have to ask for everything (IE: beg for maid service)Tub floor mat was slimy. I slipped on it.
Slimy bathroom mat 🤢.
