Door keys dont work half the time. I went down onve and someone who didnt know me gave me a fresh key. NO ID CHECK, NOT EVEN MY NAME ASKED. show up, hand them a key and say a room number....voila! A thief, rapist etc...has access to a room. Unacceptable

You get less than what you pay for

Check-in service was awful. I felt like I had to apologize for checking in. Hotel/room had a smell of damp, waking up to a musky smell was not great. the fitness centre was completely out of action, both treadmills not working and they only had 3 dumbbells. Overall, it wasn't great.

The facility smelled musty as soon as I walked in the front door. The carpet in the first room they gave me was saturated with water in front of the AC unit. Not damp...soaking. The staff was prompt and courteous to change my room. I was moved next door. The new room seemed in good condition, but I woke up with a sore throat the next morning which subsided several hours after I checked out. I would not stay there again as I have the impression there are water damage issues which are not healthy, especially for sensitive guests.

This is a fantastic location, close to everything and it’s a great value. The staff aren’t very engaging, but it wasn’t really necessary When I come back into the area for business again, I am probably most likely going to stay here again My business suite was perfect for having room to work, watch TV close the doors to my bedroom and the bathroom was nice

The room was clean and organized but there were things that always didn't work like no extra blankets and and the key card kept getting deactivated and everytime we try to unlock the door it wouldn't work and we would have to go to the receptionist to get it reactived everytime.
