Been staying at this hotel for several years. This time it seemed tired and dirty. Also check in process was disappointing. No one at desk. People waiting. It was 9:00 on Friday. Also, I called at 4:44 pm earlier in day to request a 4th floor room. Clerk on phone said ok but nagar was not the case when we showed up. Room was Zloud Dud to kids out of control. Poor security management. Police were even called.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. I had a medical procedure at the hospital that was very close to the hotel, and the staff was very helpful.

Overall the stay was good. The AC unit was a little loud needs maintenance. The workout room did not have towels. We had to get cleaning solution from the front desk and the next day there was not any paper towels. The room is kinda dark not much light. And there was a charge for parking…. The breakfast was good. Something for everyone.
