Bed sheets were soiled. There were bunch of hair on both the bedsheets. Under the sink cabinet was full of dust. Carpet had multiple satins. Loud music noise from the next room and pet barking at 9pm. Breakfast was decent and the person working at the breakfast was really nice. Cant recommend this hotel to anyone due to dirtyness.

I stayed for one night and the fire alarms went off 3 times. One at 6:00 AM and another at 6:30AM. Breakfasts was small and they didn’t cook more once it was finished . I was lucky that I was still able to get some food. Also a receptionist was never there so I self check out . I only stayed because I had to . Next time I’m booking another hotel

Bed Bug Infestation! I woke up to numerous bites on my back and, upon inspecting the bed, found bed bugs crawling on the bed. I reported the issue to the front desk before checking out, as immediate action is necessary to address this serious problem.

There was an extremely strong foul odor, like too much perfume, throughout the entire building like they were overcompensating for all the other strange smells in the building. It was nauseating & I’ve never smelled a hotel smell so horrible. The elevator is rough & “jerky”, dirty & the buttons stick when you press them. The initial room I was assigned smelled like cheap perfume & smoke, there were random stains on the carpet & bed & the bathroom was not clean. I asked to be reassigned & the man did not have a problem with that. The breakfast was a joke. It was some strange version of an omelet, it was flavorless & the texture was gummy. The towels & wash cloths had what appeared to be pubic hair all over them & I'm glad I bought my own. It’s 2025 & this hotel needs some improvements. I have never stayed at a hotel this bad & will not be staying here again.

This was not a very good stay. We arrived in the evening and there was no lighting outside in the parking lot area. There was also no lighting in the open seating area so guests were sitting in the dark chatting with family/friends. Perhaps they had an electrical problem. Also, the bedsheet had blood stains. Upon arrival, the hallways had the smell of weed. During our last night, the pot smell entered our room.

It was not the best decision

The room was not clear as we think it was supposed to be. The bathroom cabinet had dust on it and the room floor. The room had smoke smell inside. They had dogs on the floor we was not pleased about that. We thought it was no pets for pets. I’m sorry but just don’t want pets been in the same place as me and family are.

Poor service and poor condition

For the price it's fine that it is an old hotel and that it needs certain improvements but the sanitary conditions and its maintenance of cleanliness are unacceptable. We must also add the strong smell of illegal cigarettes that was present both in the room and in the hallways. Breakfast is included in the offer but don't count on it too much because of the 6 days of stay, only 1 had food completely available. Of the 24/7 complementary coffee, only 1 day was 100% available. When the coffee was not missing, the milk was missing, or the glass or the sugar and so on. I suggest a review of the limited personnel they present. The person who perform the check in is the same person who is in charge of setting everything at breakfast and the customer's attention is not met.
