I had a family emergency that was beyond my control. I called the hotel to see if I could cancel but it was too late. I had no control over this happening. And now due to my family emergency I am out of $129 because I was not able to make the trip. Nothing against the hotel. Times are hard right now and to lose out on that amount of money.

Everything was clean and the staff was great. I have a bad back, so the bed in the room was very hard so I couldn't sleep well. Had to get up after 4 hours from pain and sit in the chair.
