My stay in Baltimore

It was clean and the service was outstanding. I liked how close it was to the water. I also liked the free popcorn in the lobby. The oly things I didnt prefer was confusing and a little expensive parking and my view was just ok. Otherwise I had a very enjoyable time!

When I arrived I was charged an additional $100 for incidentals that wasn’t advertised, when I received my keys and found my room on the 10th floor the lock to room wasn’t working and I waited an additional 40 for everyone to try there key, I received a different room when the linens and towels were stained and then waited an additional hour to receive new ones.

Mice in hotel

Mouse came out of ventilation system and started running around my room. I wanted to move to different Marriot hotel - was refused. Given different room however likely whole building is infested with mice. Staff who came to my room when moving refused to help me move my luggage, which was frustrating. Bedding is polyester and carpets worn so kept getting static charges.
