There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways, elevator, & stairwell. We could also smell it in our room. Thought this was a non-smoking establishment. Thermostat in our room wasn’t working properly. We turned it off while we’re gone during day to return to a room that was 76 degrees. We didn’t report it because we were in and out a lot and I don’t like anyone in my room and I’m not there.

The airport shuttle was hard to find because it had another hotel's name on it. The sheets smelled musty and there was leftover hair on the shower walls. The breakfast didn't taste good (I had oatmeal & coffee). The people in the hotel room next to me were loud and partying at 1:30am. There was a homeless woman hanging out on a bench outside of the front door who was talking to herself about prison and proceeded to take the airport shuttle with us which was a little scary for my child. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful when I arrived, but I wasn't happy with the attitudes of the two women in the morning who were difficult to reach over the phone.

I stayed on 12/31/2025. The room was clean. But there was a creaking sound above my floor late into the night that made me awake. The breakfast service was really bad. My family went to eat 20 mins before the end of breakfast time. There was not much left and as people came after me to eat, the custodian just walked around saying that today was a slow day and am glad that I don't have to throw away food without refilling any of the empty containers. There were at least 8 to 10 people who came after me staring at empty containers. To few people who came in the last 10 mins, I clearly heard the custodian say that "There is nothing much left". In contrast, during my long road trip, I stayed in couple of Hampton Inn locations. The staff there continued to refill empty food containers until the last minute, even keeping the stations open past the end time for families who were still eating to make sure they are taken care. My intention is for Marriott to rectify this issue.

Our flight was canceled and we booked this for a quick overnight stay. Wish I had chosen another hotel. Very noisy neighbors kept us up all night. We got about two hours sleep. Walls are thin. Decor + lighting are depressing. What I thought might be a nice extra night of vacation turned into an unpleasant experience. When I mentioned the noise at the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. There are a number of hotels near the airport. I’d pick a different one.
