The room had big shots on different wall with chunks of paint missing and hanging, bathroom was the same way. When we got back into the elevator only about 20 minutes after we arrived there was what looked like at first a lot of good droppings in the elevator, when the door opened up on the main floor there was even more getting off the elevator and a lot on a table across from the elevator, then droppings all the way to the far right exit door. I went and told the front desk clerk. She was very snappy and said I know about it everyone keeps telling there’s nothing I can do about it until housekeeping gets here in the morning. Then provided to say as I said ok and turned to leave when she stated I wish people would just leave me alone I’m tired of hearing about it. I do have pictures of the elevator and the floor and table. My friend from FL has pictures of the paint and that in the room. Definitely not a 7.5 rating hotel. At best a 3 - 3.5

The room smelled like weed when we got in but at least that went away bt the time we let the air conditioner on. The bed was hard. The pillows were harder. I did not mind having three square pillows. But they should have been far softer than they were.

The hotel smells bad and has a cheap, nasty MOTEL vibe, with an unpleasant and rough crowd. Don’t be fooled by the price, this is not a 3 star hotel at all!

I arrived checked in about 4:30-5pm, checked in received my key and was told to enter from side door. Got to the side door my key didn't work, had to wait in cold for front desk to come let me in I then proceeded to get on the elevator but I wasn't notified that the elevators were broke! I called back down and the lady tells me to go to the 4th floor and I'll have to walk down a flight of stairs the elevators are broken and won't open on the 3rd flor .... I told her I pushed all the buttons and it wasn't moving she said ok someone will come get me ... I waited no one came and all of a sudden the elevator went to the 4th floor so I had to take all my luggage(suitcase&2 book bags as well as more items in the car) and walk down a flight of stairs now I'm kinda upset . I get to my room and head down to the front where I confronted the front desk about not letting me know the elevator were broken and direct me to the right door to were the stairs were to my floor, the first thing she said wasnt an apology it was I can get a refund and check out if I would like I said NO an apology wouldve worked just fine she said IM SORRY I said NO YOUR NOT! can I speak to the manager? meanwhile she said "yes he's right here" STANDING BESIDE HER THE WHOLE TIME LISTENING! , and he never said one word .... She then asked again if I wanted a refund and to check out again I said no this is very unprofessional and walked out , she called me 10 min later and said she would see if there's a better
