I only chose this hotel because I needed somewhere to sleep for a couple of hours and a place to park my car for a few days while I was away on travel. We even called the hotel directly to confirm the parking and the front desk said, "yes, you can keep your car here for $8 a day and use our shuttle to get to the airport and back." Lies! I checked in and it was a completely different story. I'll never stay at this hotel chain again. To top it off, the rooms were dirty, the beds were awful and the mini pillows were pathetic. Never again.

The staff wasn’t great with the exception of Ms. Shavel! She was helping friendly very knowledgeable and overall great. I would get a room at this hotel anytime if Shavel is there! Also Ms. Candace I think she is the assistant GM she was also very pleasant and helpful.
