Always on of my favorite places to stay! 24 hour security, great restaurants to choose from - all under one roof. Two gift shops. Great staff to help with any needs that may arise. Thankful for the valet parking. Hotel rooms are very nice and clean.

Keys to room didn't work. Had go carry everything back to front desk and get rekeyed. 2nd set didn't work. Maintenance worked argued about his master key being just fine. Although he wasn't able to fix so used phone app. Bought day pass for spa and hot tub made the most irritating high pitch noise when turned on. Steam room and sauna had no tranquility sounds. Blahhh. Waste. Shower handle was loose in and went all the way to hot, so it was either cold shower or hot. Had to go back to front desk again for pool passes....all seemed unorganized and a very stressful stay.
