Our stay was good but the rooms were just okay. They were renovating the rooftop pool area so not all of these amenities were available for our stay and I wasn't aware prior to. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. The room was sufficient but I feel, pretty basic and empty feeling as far as decor in the living room area. It always looks lovely online until you walk in the door and are left a bit dissapointed. The couch was small and uncomfortable. Rather than a coffee table they had these two tiny square ottoman things that you could use to put your feet up and make the best of the sofa being uncomfortable. The fireplace wall was black metal wall of sorts. It felt a bit bare and sterile and not the cozy mountain vibe you hope for. The beds were really hard and we both woke up sore, even though that is not typical for us. When we went downstairs for a drink there was no beer on tap, as it was broken. We also couldn't get in for a massage, as the RMT was booked up even though I called a week in advance. The staff were amazing though. Absolutely couldn't ask for better service there. Location is great. Its only a short walk to town. As far as the basics (i.e. kitchenette, separate bedroom, etc.), it checks the boxes. For what we paid though, I think I'm going to look around for other options next time.
