The restaurant was less than expected. The meals were brought to your table without proper dishes and flatware. Service would often bring a bowl of soup and forget things like a soup spoon. The whole idea of a bread bar where patrons have to toast their own toast is ridiculous For a hotel that costs as much as that hotel to stay in. Toast should be made in the kitchen and should be available to patrons when they order toast. Also, drinks would come filled with ice so that the actual drink was very small. This is completely unacceptable. Service in the restaurant was also subpar with many servers appearing to be upset when the patrons required a change to their order or asked for proper cutlery. This happened more than on one occasion. During our stay of three nights, the insufficiencies of the restaurant were a reoccurring Thing. Also serve real butter rather than margarine. Again, when patrons pay $1000 per night to stay at such a hotel, all of these things including small things are expected. The restaurant was a complete failure.
