We enjoyed our stay here. We got a room with a great view of the mountains! The room lacked working plug-in’s which was an issue for the coffee machine and chargers for phones. The pool and hot tub were amazing!

Minus the absolutely horrendous front desk service from Clara, the hotel itself was ok. Our room was quiet. The mattress needs upgrading, woke up with a backache. The room was clean but recommend getting rid of old and dated carpeting. The place is a bit farther from the core of Banff townsite and will require you to walk or take the bus which does stop in front of the hotel. We won’t stay here again, however, due to the atrocious service and condescending attitude of Clara; if she is an example of all the others working there.

Excellent stay overall. We loved the pool and hot tub, as well as service and park right outside for our kids. The room was quiet with a beautiful view. It is very well maintained and clean and would totally stay again.
