The room was okay, when we arrived there were hair on the bed that we had to remove. Both inside and outside the blanket. Really weird to not have a latch lock by the door for additional safety, as well as no safety box. The restaurant and coffee shop inside the hotel were great though!

A couple of annoyances: heat would not go above 21 in the room no matter what the setting on the minisplit (felt more like 18/19) and the bathroom was looking tired and had zero ventilation.
