The Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent as it gave access to the BTS train and was a 15 min walk from a large selection of shops including MBK and Central World. Loved the blend of Thai, Japanese and European breakfast choices. Room was spacious very clean and the bed was awesome. I would happily return

Such a beautiful hotel! I would definitely love to stay here again while visiting Bangkok, location was perfect, so many malls and stores that are easy to get to by walking. It’s right off a major road which is convenient when getting transportation but only downfall is that road gets busy so sometimes it backs up depending on the time of day. The rooms are clean and comfortable! Staff are so welcoming and kind, room cleaning and replenishment was done every day as well. The gym had everything we needed, pool was a nice added touch as well! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This is a gorgeous hotel just 3 minutes walk from Central Embassy Mall. The room was more spacious than I expected. Everything was spotless, staff was very attentive and helpful. Beautiful city view from our 21st floor balcony. The best value for the money.

The rooms were a good size and lots of space in the apartment to gather in the evening. Rooms were clean, room service food was great. Only reason it did not get a 5 star rating was that there was no bar for a late night cap or drink in the building.
