The 5* hotel where children don’t get a bed. When you book for two adults and a child, you expect that everyone will have a bed to sleep in, right? Not here. My six year old daughter was given the choice of sharing a single bed with me, or for an additional 1,000Baht per night, sleeping on the plastic sofa/couch in the room. Not what I expected of this gorgeous hotel. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are polite.

We loved our stay! Excellent location, near heaps of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops. Hotel is beautiful, modern, with a comfortable room and bed, with automatic blackout blinds and awesome views of the city. Well known for its outstanding onsen and spa facilities - need to book in advance even if a guest. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities next to the gym. Highly recommend!
