This is my families favorite hotel on the planet. The amenities, dining, spa services and most importantly the service makes The Lancaster our only choice when staying in Bangkok. This was our 3rd stay here and will stay here for the rest of our lives.

Definitely lived up to the reviews. I booked this literally as I was getting on a plane from Koh Samui to Bangkok. The price was unbelievable. When I got to the hotel, I was greeted with a welcome beverage and my room was upgraded to an apartment. After I got settled, I visited the high sky bar and got myself a drink and starter. It happened to be during happy hour and got another drink for free. Drinks were good and strong (for the usual blended drinks, make sure you state you want it blended). The room was amazing complete with a washer and dryer. I barely wanted to leave the room. I got a massage at the spa and it was worth the money. I also ordered room service and it was divine. The staff was overly friendly and helpful. I purchased 3 tours on the lobby: 1) the temples, 2) Bangkok night food tour by til til, 3) the floating market/train tour. I did all three in 2 days. It was amazing and surprisingly cheap.

Lovely stay at a premier hotel. From the moment we arrived on the property we were treated with care and attention. The room was spacious and gorgeous with no details overlooked. The pool and fitness facilities exceeded expectations as well. The breakfast was a special experience and wonderful way to begin the day. The hotel restaurant was satisfactory for the price while the food at the rooftop bar was subpar. Overall it was an amazing stay and we would love to return.
