I was given a room in the ‘new building’ which was not new. This was away from the main, nicer building with the amenities. The room was a bit dingy with old carpet and beds which kept sliding apart when you slept. Not really a great stay.

Stay was exactly what I needed. If you're planning on spending time lounging by the pool, be aware that there are multiple buildings and only the main one has the pool. I was placed in the newer building which means walking out onto the street over to the other building. Means nothing to those not looking for pool time, but if this is important to your stay it's something to note.

This hotel smells old and moldy, and they rely on plug-in air fresheners to hide it. The smell is overwhelming every time you enter the room. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, had a leaking sink, holes in the walls and ceiling, and bird droppings outside the window. I was charged 150 THB for foundation on a hand towel (which is easily removable). Although it was refunded after I argued it, the charge was unnecessary and upsetting. Breakfast was terrible with very limited options, and the gym was useless — limited equipment and the only treadmill didn’t work. The staff were nice and the location is convenient, but that does not make up for the mold, poor maintenance, and overall condition. Would not stay again.

The Hotel is located only 10 mins of walking distance from Bangla Street Night Market and Patong Beach. Very quiet property and nice staff. Overall highly recommebd the property.

The hotel was just amazing. Spacious rooms, very kind stuff and very clean.. it’s only that I love to stay in rooms tha have windows for fresh air but all their rooms had fixed windows. May be is something to do with Bangkok, I don’t know.

My room was in the corner wing, not the main property. On every floor in the corner wing there is a scent machine that disburses an aroma which is sickenly sweet and quite strong. Worst mattress I have ever slept on. The stand-in shower stall did not deliver hot water, only lukewarm water. The shower in the bathtub delivered exceedingly hot water.

Overall great hotel with fantastic service, the pool/gym area was beautiful and the breakfast included was fresh and tasty. The room itself was clean, loved the aesthetic. It’s a great location if you don’t mind walking 10/15mins to the Emsphere mall / train station. They also have a shuttle service. I never used it myself but I heard it worked well. Keep in mind there is a club downstairs, I stayed over New Year’s Eve so I welcomed the energy and crowd, however after around 11pm you will start to hear the base (I was on the 8th floor and could hear it) from the music and crowds at the reception / entrance of the hotel. Although the crowds are calm with no disturbances from the club guests. Overall I would stay there again.

we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible!
