Okura Prestige Hotel is exceptional! The hotel staff are amazing! Never have we had such a great nights sleep in a hotel before! Large rooms comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice you will never leave hungry! We never stay in the same.hotel as we lile to experience different places! But we will only stay in Okura Prestige on our visits to Bangkok! 7 star service from amazing staff! Thank you for a wonderful 3 nights stay!

Really nice high end property. Only issue I had was at Elements the 1 star michelin restaurant on property. I don't think it was really worth the money. Too many misses and just ok dishes on a 8 course menu. 2 out of 8 courses were good, 1 out of 3 amuse was good, service was great but get rid of white glove service during sliverware change. Unnecessarily over top

I only stayed one night before the airport but it was all I wanted it to be. I love a 5 star hotel and this one did not disappoint. The staff were extremely lovely and warm. Highly recommend. The pool is child friendly so of you're looking for adult only avoid.

We had a fantastic stay here - service from all staff were excellent. Our room was beautifully laid out, very clean, complete amenities and the bed was of good quality and didn’t break our backs. Housekeeping was immaculate! The breakfast buffet was awesome and the hotel is within walking distance to great shopping and dining options. We would totally come back again!
