The room was clean and the staff were fantastic; they work very hard and have many responsibilities. I wasn't crazy about the restaurant. It was just too noisy for me.

First of all, and most importantly, the staff was amazing. The hotel, however, is in bad shape. We stayed 5 days. There were multiple leaks in the ceiling throughout the hotel and the pool was not functional for all but one day. Our first room did not have a working hair dryer and they couldn't find a spare so the next day we were moved to another room. The hair dryer worked but the toilet was not bolted to the floor and was tricky to flush. Coffee is only in the lobby and has run out most days by 9am. The restaurant is quite nice for breakfast and has a bar with entertainment.

Advertised that the pool was open which the pool was not open and I was not informed that at check in. I did not find out until later when going down to the pool to find it it was closed and would be open the next day which it was not so I left the hotel and went to stay at a different hotel where the pool was open. I lost the money from a night stay because of this issue that I was not informed of up front

The roof was leaking all through the halls so the carpets were soaked and it smelt stale. Our entire reason for the trip was for the children to swim, the pool was closed. We checked in, no one said the pool was out of service untill we went to go swimming. We asked for a refund and left
