Tämä on täysin uusittu premium-parviyksikkö, jolla on avoin pohjaratkaisu ja runsaasti valaistus kaikkialla. Keittiössä on täysin modernit ja päivitetyt laitteet, kuten lasi-uuni ja Advantium 240v -keittimen mikroaaltouuni. Omistettu ruokailutila istuu neljä vierasta. Täysin kunnostetussa kylpyhuoneessa on säteilevä lämpökeraaminen laattalattia kylmiksi talvikuukausiksi sekä hierontapään suihku / amme, joka sopii täydellisesti pitkän hiihtopäivän jälkeen. Tilava olohuone on varustettu puulämmitteisellä takalla, jossa on liuskekivi ja antiikki vaippa. Katselun iloksi olohuoneessa urheilu suuri taulutelevisio, kaapeli ja langaton internet. Ainutlaatuinen sisäänrakennettu kehys elää tilaa, kun koko yksikkö on kytketty kymmenellä kaiuttimella koko talon stereokokemukseen. Kalustettu parveke tässä korkeimmassa SSCC-rakennuksessa, josta on näköala Sugar Mountain -hiihtokeskukseen ja Banner Elkiin, josta on pitkän matkan näkymät Blue Ridge -vuorille. Uusi klubitalo on rakenteilla ja arvioitu valmistumisaika on syyskuu 2020. Siinä on sisäuima-allas, poreallas, sauna, kuntosali. Hotellissa on myös tenniskenttiä ja ulkogrilla-alueita.

First the good. Incredible location at the top of Sugar ski Mountain. Management on site was terrific. Great property with a lift that comes right to the condos. Overall the condo was niceIt needs some improvement. The sofa bed was not made up and is not at all comfortable. There were only 4 low quality towels in the room. The dinning area was very cramped for four people. The TV remotes were very confusing,

The condo has a lovely layout, very well designed and nice decorator touches. We especially liked all the maps on the walls. The kitchen area was my favorite in particular the stove! It had everything we needed for cooking. You can see they spared no expense in equipping this condo. I loved the skylight and the view from the patio. The highlight were the 4th of July fireworks that exploded right in front of us! Best views ever! Only drawback was not being able to work the audio system to listen to music and the TV was not very smart or easy to work.

Reviewer Comments: clean, updated space. heated bathroom floor was nice. there was a brief leak from the skylight of which a piece has been ordered to repair. the "oven" is tricky--we did not use it but, get ready to read if you wish to. quite a hike to the "ski in/out, and clubhouse" but we had no problem just driving down with equipment. Pool/spa/sauna were awesome! would stay here again. it is appropriately priced.

The condo was in good condition and the kitchen and bath updates were nice. The TV system is extremely hard to work even for my tech savvy fam. It is a long haul up and down the hill in ski boots and carrying gear to the actual slopes, way more than we expected. But it is nice to not have to drive and park at the resort lodge. It was super cold while we were there and our pipe froze then burst so we had no water in our bathroom all day on Saturday which was quite frustrating...i guess it’s part of having old buildings and pipes. I will say that maintenance was prompt in coming to check on it.

She was super nice and moved us to a new condo. It was nice with a good view. It was the perfect location. My only complaint is the water wasn’t that hot. After one person showered all the some what hot water was gone.
