Had the most amazing check in after a stressful morning. Staff were super!!! But! The rooms are not in the slightest bit soundproof. You can hear everything and I felt like I was sleeping in a bathroom! It was horrendous. You could hear nextdoor people chatting plain as day. I could tell you what they had for dinner. The pool was tiny but a lovely area.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Barcelona. Lots of areas are within 15min walk and thd Tetuan metro is 5 mins walk away E2.65 single ticket gets you across town. Our first room 102 looked great but after 1 nights terrible sleep we asked to move. 102 is over the service e entrance and hence we were disturbed with clattering nd rumbling noise all thru the early hours. Reception staff sorted a different room on 4th floor and it was perfect. Suggest higher floor as road noise slso quiet if front facing. The pool anx terrace is much smaller than photos suggest bug nice nonetheless. Didnt have breakfast option as we prefer just a coffee and theres plenty of cafes within 5 min walk. Cafe alfonso and vinitus are 5 mins walk and are great places to eat. EL mercat another good restaurant 3 mins away. Goodvlicatoon for aerobus to airport. 10 min walk to stop from hotel

Staff extremely responsive to questions and needs, and most of all... helpful and friendly. Arrived following cruise at 09:30 and there was a room available. Breakfast buffet with a zillion choices! Location is great on a beautiful boulevard, you can walk everywhere or take nearby public transportation. We'll definitely choose this hotel again. The rooms looked like the photos online, a rarity these days.

Very helpful staff. Centrally located. Clean and safe neighborhood with many street Cafe and restaurant very close. I had difficulty with my phone charger and their maintenance man brought me a loaner charger and adaptor without my asking and gave for my use during our stay.

Pros: Conveniently located in a more quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds. The free breakfast was very good, lots of options. Cons: Room is small and dated. Green fire alarm light on the ceiling kept blinking, which was annoying when you turned off the lights to go to bed.
