Very disappointed. Definitely not clean, smells bad, and very old. The bed we slept on was broken and in the middle of the night something behind the bed fell apart.

TV did not work, the door closes and locks but it's still doesn't look like his clothes all the way you could still see between the door and a panel so still didn't feel too safe in the room, whom didn't smell all that good, Tower rack was broken, the bathroom is not all that appealing paint peeling off the walls so it needs to be redone, room is not all that lit up with lights, the sign says super 8 but apparently it's not super 8, just appearance of it is not all that inside and out

There was black mold confirmed by housekeeping AFTER i discovered it i have videos and pics. The place was disgusting! Even live bugs! I want a damn refund! Also caught receptionists on my camera SLEEPING! Shut this place down and refund me!

Ill start this by saying I wish I would have taken pictures. My wife and I stayed 1 night in room 226. We originally had room 118 however when we got into the room, the toilet was constantly running so I had them move us. Room 226 wasnt very much better. The ceiling definitely had leaks in the past as the seam tape was pealing off and there was bad water stains on the ceiling. There wasn't a smoke alarm in the room either, which, in my opinion, is a major fire hazard, and 2 of the lights in the room did not work. The "blanket" they provide also had cigarette burn holes in it and the door locked, thankfully, but looked like it had been kicked in a time or two. The heater, set at 85°F, was also not blowing very hot on a cold night. I could go on and on. Would have extended my stay beyond one night but after 2 below sub-par rooms, we decided to leave. I wouldnt have stayed, however, my stay was non-refundable. Overall, very poor quality rooms. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

Let me start by saying the ladies at the front desk are super friendly and very helpful. The only negative things I’d say is on night one my tv went out 2 maint guys looked at it it wasn’t fixed and they didn’t move me! This happened at another hotel also it’s an issue with COX, but if not all rooms were affected they could have moved me. Again ladies were so helpful and at that price point hard to complain room was clean it’s old but clean.
