We stayed here for a couple days for my daughter’s softball tournament. It’s a convenient location, about 5 minutes from the complex. Rooms seemed updated, and clean. Loved the little kitchen and full size fridge. The breakfast was nice, my son loved the waffle maker. Only complaint was the plumbing for the toilet. The toilet wouldn’t flush all the time; like it had low pressure. It worked and then it didn’t. It would also make gurgle sounds randomly at night. Not sure if it was from the neighbors flushing or what. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful room. Has all new buce appliances, even a dishwasher. Provide place setting utensils, bowls, all the little things youd need to cook. Modern kitchenette. Its clean, convenient. The bed very comfortable. Updated fitness center. The breakfast one of the best even to a 3.5 star hotel. Im impressed, it superseded my expectations. You cant tell by the outside of the building dies not reflect on the ibs The outside does not reflect the insde.everything from dishwasherall the essentails i give it a 9.

It wasn't exactly what i expected. A lot of permanent residency there. The rooms have been redone pretty recently and set up is convenient. For the most part the grounds were clean. The room was clean from what I could see but the bathroom not so much. Pubic hair in and around the tub and toilet. It is on a feeder/service road for I10 so is a little noisey but sure once you turn on the tv it would be ok. I did not stay, checked out after i attended the function I traveled there for.

The place was newly remodeled but it was not properly cleaned. The remote tv was missing and no soundproof windows or door. You could hear everysingle car, truck and trailer, even medical. Couldnt sleep at all.

Extremely Disappointing Stay When I arrived at my room, it was clearly not cleaned—there were beer cans scattered around, it smelled strongly of urine, and the overall condition was unacceptable. I initially assumed I had been given the wrong room by mistake. However, when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was told that the room should have been clean and that there were no other rooms available due to overbooking. To make matters worse, no effort was made to accommodate me. I wasn’t offered a different room, a cleaning service, or any form of compensation. I was told there were no staff available to clean the room either. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here.

The room I was assigned was not cleaned from the prior guest. Next room was clean. But the exterior of the hotel was filthy. Stairwell had garbage everywhere and the catwalks where disgusting.
