I’m extremely disappointed in the appearance of the hotel. There were spider webs on the light fixtures heavy dust and mold around the plugs in the hallway and an overwhelming smell of wet carpet! My allergies became so bad I couldn’t sleep and now I am sick! I’m extremely disappointed in this hotel it use to be so nice!

Needs improvement

The restroom door did not close. The counter top was loose. The main door had a big gap from the floor where we can see ppl walking by. I think this place can have potential just needs MORE improvement. Staff was nice but some lady in the breakfast line was not happy with some of us getting there at 930am for breakfast. Breakfast buffet should have more variety. Elevators were not working.

I had a great stay at the MCM Elegante in Beaumont, Texas. I booked the room for my boyfriend’s birthday and he really enjoyed himself. Fun fact: My boyfriend realized that he lost his Apple Watch somewhere in the room/hotel and he and I were sure it was a goner. However, I get a call from the staff at the hotel and they found it!! So thankful!!

At the time the elevators did not work. We had to use the service elevators. Despite that little problem the staff and the rooms were amazing. Every one from the breakfast staff helping you to the house keeping.every staff member we interacted with on the service elevator was so nice and helpful
