Noisy outside in the common areas/ patios until after 11:30 with other guests drinking and taking loudly… grounds were clean but the rooms were not very clean. Extremely poor value for what we paid. $100 deposit on our card and takes a week or more to come off. Much Better values in town

This is an old motel. For some reason someone is running it under the Best Western name. Other than the price and the fact that they do offer breakfast, there is nothing at a Best Western Standard.

We love this hotel!!! This was our first time staying here and we would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Beaver Utah. The room was clean and very comfortable. Love that there there two bedrooms!!!! Large bathroom. Everything we could need. They are pet friendly. Breakfast was great!! Best muffins I have had !! We will definitely stay here again.
