It is ideal for Grand Central Station and the City Centre. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. Cleaning could be improved, especially in the bathroom. Grime on shower head, dirty between tiles etc. Quite surprising for a Hilton Hotel.

Good hotel with friendly staff

I would stay here again, but the room really needs a refrigerator. The water pressure was lacking and definitely needs improvement. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was very friendly.

In my opinion this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Fantastic staff. Good check in and check out. Breakfast was adequate, but no better than a holiday inn. The bar was good but unreasonable prices.

Parking was a nightmare. It would be nice to receive information ahead of time about where to drop luggage upon checking in and where to park. There was no room to unload our suitcases and store them .

Overnite stay!

Great one night stay. Staff on Reception were lovely. Very handy to loads of pubs and restaurants. Room was comfy. Breakfast was buffet style but it was good. Would stay again!
