The kitchen is independent and equipped with everything necessary to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.



The location of the apartment makes it unique as it is situated in a quiet area but just a step away from the main avenue and the port of Benalmadena. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, taxi station, bus and everything that our charming port offers.



(Pool available only during SUMMER season) The pool opening hours may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, we cannot accept claims for this reason or for pool closures. Please request information if you have doubts.

Late checkout: Price to be consulted, variable by season. Under request and subject to availability.

Extra towels: 5€ (1 set of 1 hand towel and 1 body towel)

Extra sheets: 5€ for a set of top sheet, bottom sheet, and 2 pillowcases.

Extra clothing kit:

- Single: 7.50€ (single bed sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 towel set)

- Double: 10€ (double bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 towel sets)

Extra blanket: 5€/extra blanket

Beach towels: 12€/4 towels

Quick cleaning: 20€ - does not include a general cleaning, just sweeping and dusting.

Cleaning with bathroom and kitchen: 50€

General cleaning with sheet and towel change: 90€

Crib: 5€/night

High chair: 5€/night

Walker: 5€/night

Wheelchair: 15€/night

Disabled shower chair: 3€/night

CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

The opening and usage hours of the pool depend exclusively on the homeowners' community.

Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making power over this service and does not receive official notification in case of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications to the calendar or opening hours, whether by decision of the community or by any other circumstance outside our management.



The indicated dates are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. The pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.



No claims related to:



- The pool schedule or timetables,



- Possible access restrictions (for whatever reason), which must be respected at all times.

To ensure and accelerate the registration process, tourists are asked to provide an image of their identity document and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with current GDPR regulations. Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local legislation. You will receive a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register safely online. If you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.



In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.



INFORMATIVE NOTE POOL: All persons who use this facility do so under their own responsibility. The community is not responsible for any type of possible accident.



Children under age must be accompanied by an adult.



The rules governing the use of the swimming pool must be followed by all users.
