This lovely three bedroom townhouse is located in the complex of Rancho Mirador Domingo in Benalmadena. The complex offers a communal pool, located just outside the garden. The closest beach is 3.5km away and Bil Bil Golf club is just 1.3km away, offering an 18 hole course, plus tennis and padel courts. 6km will take you to Benalmadena port where you can enjoy a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Benalmadena Pueblo, a typical sleepy white Andaulcian village, is just 750m from the house, featuring cobbled streets, typical cuisine, bars and local crafts. The house offers a carport, plus aircon units in the lounge and three bedrooms and free WIFI.



This tastefully furnished house is arranged over three floors with access from the ground floor. The open plan living space, located on the first floor, offers an L-shaped sofa with reclining seats and a reclining armchair. There is a 65" smart TV and a dining area to seat up to six people. The separate kitchen is well equipped. There is a guest bedroom on this level, furnished with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. There is also access to a shower room on this level. The part covered terrace can be accessed through the dining area. The covered terrace benefits from a lounge/dining seating area and has glass curtains, giving the option of an open or closed space. The open terrace area offers four sun loungers and gives access to the communal pool area.



Two further bedrooms can be found on the second floor, both with access to the covered terrace, furnished with a lounge seating area. Views of the pool, mountains and sea can be enjoyed from the terrace. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, drawers and a clothes rail. The guest bedroom offers twin beds and a wardrobe. There is another room on this level with a 43" smart TV and two small beds that could be used for children.
