Tämä kaunis koti on Big Deschutes -joella, josta on upeat näkymät joelle. Very nice property. The property management company was very helpful. We requested early drop off of our luggage prior to checkin and it was accommodated. With respect to kitchen facilities, all was good except: the refrigerator is undersized, had interior drawers that didn't work properly and an ice maker that wasn't working. The stove burners could not be turned higher than the lowest setting. It took over 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee. In the apartment, the refrigerator was not working, and no cups, plates or utensils (other than plastic) were provided. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Checkout was easy. Overall, the property was very comfortable. Suggestion: upgrade the one bedroom with a queen bed to a king bed.

Spacious, well designed river home with upscale decor

The property is well designed and excellently situated on a quiet street. Landscaping emphasizes the natural environment including frontage on the Deschutes River. Interior decor is organized tastefully around a western / high desert theme showcasing local/regional artists. Management company is extremely responsive and well informed. Overall an excellent vacation home.

New Years Trip

We welcomed the new year with staying at this beautiful home. We had a great time, the home is spacious and has everything you need and more. Great place for families to gather. Really enjoyed it, and the communication was top notch. Defiantly a place to return too.

Great spacious home

Home has everything you want and is well laid out. Very spacious. If you plan to do a lot of cooking there is limited storage for guests and no access to additional fridge. Additionally, the range is only four burners and not of high quality so it takes a while to heat up and cook. Even with those small items, this is a great place and we recommend it!

Cool place

Cool place, great location within walking distance to a dock to get into the river. Very tentitive team replying to any needs I have. Overall a nice place, just things in Sun River are becoming super expensive but a nice plice.

Excellent location

This is a beautiful home with a great view of the Deschutes River. It would have been a lot nicer view from inside the house if the windows had been clean. The patio area is great and we really enjoyed setting around the fire pit. The house was fairly clean with the exception of the floors. They were very poorly vacuumed or mopped with a lot of "dust bunnies" in the corners. The house was quite comfortable and we loved the layout. Plenty of room for all to be together.

Friends and I reserved this lovely home for the third time in the past few years. We love it! Gorgeous house with plenty of room and a knockout view of the river. We saw deer and bald eagles! We will gladly return next year.

Perfect family retreat

Great family retreat house and beautiful view. House had a great setup for the whole family. My whole family was very happy with my house pick. Would definitely go back. The only small thing was that we asked for more towels and we had to do a load of towels halfway through. Not a big deal. Overall, we are very happy and had an amazing time,

Cozy, roomy, beautiful & comfortable ! Fabulous well equipped kitchen for our gourmet cooks to prepare our incredible meals! Beds were very comfortable, plenty of toiletries, towel sets. Beautiful view on the river! Perfect birthday weekend!

Nice Place

Better than we expected. Shared the house with 4 couples, Super comfortable and excellent layout. A little more South of Sunriver than we expected, but the property was sure worth it. The included apartment above the garage was a great surprise.

Great house but first night heater and fire pit tanks were empty so we missed out on that time on the nicest evening of our stay.....dishwasher leaked so we had to hand wash until fixed.....neither of them were the end of the world but....

Spectacular and Serene Shangrila

If there is such a thing as a perfect house, then this is it! The design of the great room takes your breath away the minute you enter the front door. Natural light streams through large and abundant windows, and most have a view of the Deschutes. The outdoor lounge areas are gorgeous with plenty of comfortable furniture and beautiful landscaping. The interior furnishings are luxe and immaculate, complete with original paintings of local scenery. The kitchen exceeded expectations--it is a gourmet's delight! This house will not dissapoint even the pickiest of people, and you may find it hard to leave as it doesn't take long for it to feel like home.
