We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday and we go clean towels every day.

Just a quick point that their basoc rooms don't have kettles - otherwise it was pretty excellent. The breakfast service was great.

Great hotel to stay in. Very central, 4min walk to underground where you can go anywhere in Berlin. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Room was just right for our 3 day stay,, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and some hot things and a selection of meats and cheese. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Berlin.

Worth the price, good experience but small room

it was a good experience - for the price that was paid i would say it was worth it. rooms are a bit on the small side and we struggled to put our luggage in a good location. bathroom was very clean and hotel was overall clean. it was in a good location as well and it was a 2 minute walk to the station

Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect specially the service. There was one small issue though, I know its a small thing but I don't know why the shampoo was empty in my room and my friend's but as I said that was not a big deal. Highly recommended

It’s very close to the U2 station, just a couple of minutes walk away. Very convenient for us. Hotel is modern, lovely breakfast, staff were very helpful, polite and spoke great English. Enjoyed our stay there.

3 night stay

Decent place to stay in a quiet location of Berlin, that’s still close by to landmarks and other areas tourists will want to visit. A U-Bahn station is right round the corner also that takes you across Berlin. Rooms small but modern and clean. Beds were comfy, only given one pillow but can request extras at reception. Only disappointment was lack of kettle or tea in rooms. Hotel bar was fantastic, excellent drinks that weren’t extortionate, and extremely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

The hotel rooms are compact however very modern and clean. Hotel is located so close to a subway station which is easy transport to the landmarks of Berlin. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and warm

Friendly staff warm rooms, very clean. Only suggestions not complaints, extra pillows in the European shape and the ability to turn off the extractor fan in the bathroom. Again nothing major just a suggestion. Would stay here again.

A little bit of a walk from the main centre! We was upgraded to a business room which was still on the small side and we had a corridor room so the cleaners were noisy in the mornings! Great staff and really nice rooms! Good value also!
