Compact, but lots of charm! Great shower, separate toilet, with sink in the bedroom area. Also desk and seating area. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - slept brilliantly well. Key on app or phone, but you can also get a key card if you prefer.

Amazing location. Staff were great and friendly. Coffee machine downstairs was a good touch. Rooms were cleaned everyday and had all basic amenities. Rooftop terrace was awesome! Would've been nice if the rooms also had their own kettle/coffee machine area.

everything is smart in this hotel. after online check in, I could use my phone as a key to open the gate and the door of my room. the public area is beautiful with a huge kitchen. the rooftop is nice and I could enjoy myself with a drink. it is at the centre of the city so it is convenient but a bit noisy at night at there are some restaurants and bars down below.

My son loved this place for the common areas and games room. The room itself was very much like a hostel or dorm room- not what we were expecting for the price. Basically a bed, sofa bed and an all in one bathroom (no separate shower so water just floods the whole thing). No amenities in the room, no tv but the common area have everything. Seems like a great place for young travellers. The location is excellent though. No staff on site and the keys were an app which didn’t work well at all- not my favorite.

I didn’t do online check in right and it screwed rest of stay. No orientation on arrival everything was supposed to be online. Didn’t find room lamp for 2 days. Didn’t know you could use refrigerator. Had to keep hand on hair dryer or it fell out of socket. No sheet or linen change on my short stay so I was suriwhen I was woken during nap asking if I wanted room clean.

Very tiny room. There was no bathroom: the water closet had the toilet, a sink was in the main room, and shower was accessed from the desk area, hence when exiting the shower you stood next to the desk. The only chair in the room was the desk chair, and there is no tv in the room.There is barely enough room to get around the bed. Finding space for the suitcases was challenging. The room is best suited for a single person. The check in process is on-line, so if your phone doesn’t work, it’s challenging.

Great hotel with perfect location in Bern. Spacious rooms and rooftop with amazing views of city and Alps. Close to grocery, Coop food hall, and tons of restaurants. Common area with kitchen and complementary espresso machine. Host downstairs if needed.

I loved the community spaces and facilities, especially the roof top terrace. The room was efficient and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was apparent that everyone was happy to be there.
