Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo placement was great. We liked the roomyness of the living room/dining room. The check in was easy and helpful. We were disappointed that all the pools close to us were closed but the facilities were very nice. The condo itself was clean enough and functional. We were dissapointed that the pictures on the add did not reflect the same ampunt of beds (the pictures showed 3 rooms with one bed in one and two beds in the other two, but there were two rooms with one bed and one room with two) we would stay again because of the proximity to the beach and atmosphere around the condo. Also- bring your own toilet paper, it isnt provided which we didnt relize. Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful complex and a well laid out unit. It could have been a five-star experience, but there were many issues of disrepair. Most were cosmetic, except for a broken door lock. The management company did not respond to a phone call or text messages complete with pictures. This unit needs more attention. The drapes were falling off of the wall and torn, some items on one bathroom were literally falling off of the wall. We found cereal on an end table (?). I hope these simple-to-correct issues are addresses and future guests will have a 5-star experience.

Many broken and safety issues.

We entered the unit at 4pm and first thing we noticed was broken pottery and statue of a lion at the door. The carpets/rugs were wet and and overall unit had a musty smell. We soon realized the reason for the furniture and smell. The large sliding glass door to the wrap around balcony had no lock and or handle-meaning there was just an open hole to the outside. This unit is on the 1st level and accessible as so from the parking lot or street. Thus was a major concern and safety issue as we had 2 pregnant mothers and also little children. We immediately called the office and they said they would send maintence out to fix. They arrived with a wooden stick to try to jam in the door. This did not work and was not acceptable. The office was called again and they finally agreed to switch units. This ordeal too us until 9pm to finally get into our new unit. The whole night was wasted. They did eventually provide a discount and late check out which made our trip better, although we did have some more minor issues with even the new unit. Next time this unit and agency should fully disclose any issues with the properties.

Great location.

We had a great week in this large first floor unit. We have stayed in several different condos and houses and this was the least equipped in the kitchen area - seasonings etc. The unit seemed clean upon arrival but we found small items in the carpet in two of three bedrooms (one earring and small hair ties). When using the supplied vacuum we understood why - suction was minimal. The dishwasher leaked but repairman was sent immediately. Glass door handle was off when we arrived and unable to be fixed the entire week. Even so, these were relatively minor issues and we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Poor cleanliness

The cleanliness was disappointing. The oven was not useable because of the dirt inside it filled the condo with smoke. All of the dishes needed washed before using. The windows were filthy.. we cleaned them. You’re welcome. I left a voicemail requesting a callback since we couldn’t use the oven and no one ever returned my call. We checked under the beds to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind.. I think you need to check under those beds because it’s not clean. You can’t just surface clean, that’s not acceptable!

Nice resort

There were several maintenance and housekeeping issues when we moved in but all but one issue was addressed almost immediately. This resort has always been a very nice place to stay with an excellent location, nice pools and access to the beach.
