Unprofessional front desk manager.House keeper refused to give me towels and told me to go ask front desk. Didn’t have napkins in or paper towels in my room when I mentioned it to the front desk . He told me to come on man .as if it was not big deal . Also be aware the front desk and staff sleep early so please don’t bother them with late check in .

There was not a single drinking class in the cupboards. No coffee maker. No coffee mugs. There was a large crack in the tub. The AC unit was loud as hell and woke me up every 20 minutes. I had the worst night of sleep I have had in years. The 'free' breakfast was oatmeal packets and granola bars. This property was a disappointment from start to finish.
