Valet staff completely unclear about parking and how to bring in bags. Caused mass confusion. Rude check in girl. The rest of the staff was not very friendly. I accidently booked a double bed room and asked if there was any way to move to a king. She did say they had them available, but I would have to pay. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Enjoyed the property. The casino was nice. Did not have a refrigerator in our room and no ice on our floor which was a headache. But housekeeping brought us ice when requested

The pool was awesome and gambling was fun. Dealer Pat was so fun. Food was great at Bubba Gumps. Parking very convenient. Only thing we were disappointed with was our ocean view balcony. Not a great view from our room and the roof with all the fans was right next to us so it was a bit loud so didn't utilize the balcony at all. Plus the balcony door was not in the best condition. Glad we were on the 8th floor if it was much lower we wouldn't of felt safe. We did tell them about it at time of check out. Plus the door stop in the bathroom was broken so we always put a towel over it. Could of cut a foot on it otherwise. We did advise of that issue as well. All in all we'd go back again!
