Had a strange experience during my stay. I left my room to attend a wedding and when I got back I couldn’t get into my room. I went back to the checkin desk and after their search on the computer, they had booked my room (with my personal belongings) to another person. So, I kept my cool, the clerk went to check my room and no one else was in there. Anyway, it was a mistake and I was able to stay in the room. I do feel the room was way overpriced. Very expensive.

Excellent property with one exception dining options on slow week nights are limited. No buffet Bogarts their steakhouse which is excellent closes at eight so your left with a noodle place a fast order grill and a bar. But the big negative is no breakfast unless you sleep in. The fast order grill opens at 7

If you’re into smoky casinos and rude people

Stayed for one night. Great view from our room. Wished there was a smoke free bar or restaurant. The pool was only open until 8 pm which was early for a Friday. Wished we could have enjoyed it after dinner. The bed was comfortable. The staff wasn’t too friendly at check in. No welcome or instructions for anything.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay after not so good reviews- We stayed in double queen room on 10th floor facing the pool. No smell of smoke - If smoking bothers you ask for a high level room! Prices were very reasonable- Nice hotel- great restaurants- cafe- & Starbucks coffee. Staff were hit and miss but all pleasant. No refrig in room

Why do smoking rooms still exist

Didn’t give me the room I booked and then put me in a smoking room that was absolutely awful. Hurt my eyes and my fiancé has asthma. They finally switched us after I complained. Wouldn’t offer any comps for the trouble.

This property is fine for a nights stay but i wouldn't do an extended time. The rooms were very basic which is fine. They were clean and comfortable but the casino area has a heavy smell of smoke which i found unpleasant.
