My husband and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and also the very professional, personable and helpful staff members. The major issue for us was the heavy presence of cigarette smoke in our room. It is to be expected on the casino floor but the smell stretched far beyond that and seemed to be coming from the walls in our room near the bed. It affected our throats, induced a bit of a headache and was quite nauseating for us by morning. We consequently left sooner than we anticipated that day.

The whole place was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The newly renovated rooms were also beautiful. Bed slept wonderfully! View was amazing. Staff was very friendly. We love this place and always stay here.

I would say at first the extra security when going to your room was excessive, but after day one, it was lovely and made us feel very comfortable, safe and we quite enjoyed the little chats. This is a beautiful hotel, and we enjoyed our king room, staff was pleasant, casino spacious. Coffee prices at cafe not consistent, pizza was not great, noodle bar just skip, but the hotel was classy and clean. 9/10 Planning to come back beginning of 2026.
