Hotel staff was outstanding, friendly and attentive. What was lacking was ambience and comfort. Our room was uncomfortably cold, as was the restaurant. They promptly provided us with a space heater for the room, which helped, but was noisy, and certainly not energy efficient. The room was very large, but a ton of open, wasted space. Huge room, tiny bathroom. Heat turned off even though it has been a colder than normal spring. The restaurant was open till 10 on the weekend which was a plus, but limited menu. Overall it was okay for an overnight stay while on our way to Syracuse.

Let me first say, the hotel did a full refund for me. Bathroom was filthy, the walls were growing fur and the shower curtain had enough hair in it to make a wig. You could tell that the walls weren’t wiped clean in some time! The office manager was great though, quickly calling and taking care of me. Something about those IHG hotels!

Was pleasantly surprised by the updates rooms. Carpets could use a little updating. The restaurant opened at 4 so we just had a late lunch/ early dinner but the appetizers, especially the calamari and this is according to Italians from Long Island.

A sweet meant for five people probably could squeeze in four a sweet meant for five people gave us three towels two bottles of water. No extra blankets. And did not seem very clean. The staff at the desk gave us two breakfast passes again for five people.
